Hay Sauna

Bio sauna is a great mix and match of Finnish and steam sauna. Compared to the Finnish sauna, the bio sauna is heated up to a lower temperature (55 - 70 ° C), but offers a higher relative humidity (60 - 80%). With this moisture, a bio sauna is quite similar to a steam sauna. Our bio sauna is suitable for guests, who are not fans of  high temperatures in classic Finnish saunas, or do not feel good in high humidity present in standard steam saunas. Therefore, the hay bio sauna is more suitable for people who are just beginning with sauna stays and also for children. The bio sauna is more gentle to the human circulatory system and it does not burden it in such an extent. It is very suitable for muscle regeneration and mental  strengthening. As with all types of saunas, bio sauna significantly helps with detoxification of the body. The function of blood circulation is also improved.

Bathing is not allowed in the sauna.

A cool room with an ice bucket, showers and an ice fountain is available to cool the warm-up body.

In our wellness center you can find a relaxation room equipped with sun loungers  to create a pure state of well-being and relaxation. The cozy ambience of the relaxation room is even more enhanced by the installation of intimate lighting and relaxing music tunes playing in the background.
